This is a text messaging program operated by Afford Equity, LLC ("Afford Equity") that provides non-marketing, customer care messages related to a user's account and services with AffordCRM. This program is classified as a Customer Care messaging program.
Program Description
When you opt in to the Afford Equity Client Communications program, you may receive the following types of SMS text messages related to your account and services:
- Appointment Reminders and Confirmations: Text messages reminding you of upcoming scheduled appointments, confirming appointment details, or notifying you of rescheduled appointments.
- Document Notifications and Status Updates: Notifications when documents are received, reviewed, require your action, or when their status changes.
- Account or Transaction Status Updates: Updates regarding the progress of your service requests, transactions, or other account-related activities.
- Customer Support Responses: Replies to your inquiries, follow-up messages related to customer support interactions, and ongoing two-way conversations to resolve your questions or concerns.
This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. All messages are transactional or conversational in nature and are directly related to your account and the services you receive through AffordCRM.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and transaction status. You will only receive messages that are relevant to your account, appointments, documents, and ongoing service interactions. There is no fixed number of messages per month, as frequency depends on your individual activity and the status of your requests or transactions.
Cost and Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Afford Equity does not charge for SMS messages sent through this program, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your specific plan and any associated costs.
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Afford Equity by providing your phone number during one or more of the following processes:
- Creating an account on the AffordCRM platform and providing your phone number during onboarding.
- Submitting a demo request or contact form on our website that includes your phone number and the associated consent disclosure.
- Providing your phone number to an Afford Equity representative with your verbal or written consent to receive account-related text messages.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Afford Equity related to your account and the services described in this program. You understand that these messages are transactional in nature and are not marketing communications.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Afford Equity. Upon receiving your opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Afford Equity related to this program, except as may be required by law.
Please note that opting out of SMS messages does not affect other communications you may receive from us via email or through the AffordCRM platform.
